As instructed on the READ ME of the download,
**4. THE MENUBAR

Go to the Page Elements tab, and add a Link List Page Element to the top of your Blog.

This is the menubar.

Without the menubar, the template will not render correctly (the dagger up left seems to be broken).**

I tried to create a new Page Element but there is no changes on the heading.
Beside, how can I add the "HOBBITS, ELVES, DRAWFS" as in http://beautifulbeta.wikidot.com/local--files/blogger-templates/hobbittemplate.PNG?

I must have done something wrong because I added this feature to my blog, but now don't have perma-links. Yes, according to my "Settings," they should be there, but if you click on the post's title, it takes you to the page but the text doesn't show up any longer.

Any idea where I went wrong? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can lend!
